Corrected indentation of child items on classic Order Received page

We fixed an issue where child items were not properly indented on the classic (non-block) Order Received page. Child products now display with the correct visual hierarchy under their parent container.

Resolved child item duplication in printed invoices

This update also fixes a duplication issue where child items could appear more than once when generating printed invoices with the Print Invoices plugin.
